Lesson Rates
- $25.00 per half hour (beginning students 8+)
- $50.00 per hour (advanced/high school)
If you pay by the month, you will only need to pay for four lessons.
Forms of payment include either cash, check, or venmo.
Education & Experience
I am a music educator, performer, composer, and activist with a passion to share how music can change people’s lives for the better. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Education with an Emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction at Adams State University. I received my BA in K-12 Music
Education from the University of Northern Colorado (2007-2012), substitute instrumental and vocal teacher in Poudre School District (2013-2014), Elementary General Music Teacher in Montrose County School District (2014-2016), Elementary Music Specialist in St. Vrain Valley School District (2016-2022), and Vice President of The Rocky Mountain Orff-Schulwerk Association.
I have performed with the Loveland Concert Band on trumpet, trombone, and percussion (2010-2021), second trumpet in the Valley Symphony Orchestra in Delta, Colorado (2014-2016), and principal trumpet with the Montrose Community Band and Jazz Band (2014-2016).
Students of mine have enjoyed my humor and dedication to their learning, especially my elementary students. Many students of mine have even successfully auditioned into district honor bands and even Colorado All-State Band.
