Lesson Rates

• $30.00 per half hour lesson
• $110.00 per four half hour lessons
• I accept cash, check, or venmo
• 24-hour notice of cancellation (except in the case of an emergency) required to not be charged for a scheduled lesson.

Education & Experience

I am Felix, pronouns they/them/theirs. I am 21 years old with 9 years of electric bass, 7 years of electric guitar, 4 years of drums, and 6 months of violin under my belt. I have played in professionally gigging bands for 5 years. I’ve spent 3 years collectively in high school and college studying audio production, music theory, and performance. I have experience hosting public jam sessions, and teaching music and performance at summer camps on bass, guitar, and drums at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery to kids ages 9-15. Outside of these music camps, I’ve worked with youth ages 5-18 through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver at their outdoor summer camp in Ward, CO.

I aim for my lessons to be well-rounded, diving into technique, theory, and personal expression, while focusing on the goals of the student. While learning to play an instrument takes work, I intend for my teaching to spark joy and inspiration, putting a focus on creative expression and individuality of the student. I allow the student to tell me what their goals are and what they wish to get out of lessons, so that I may tailor the many facets of playing an instrument to what best serves their interests.
